Everything we get asked before the big day
We monitor the forecast and will work with you to reschedule at no charge if severe weather makes setup unsafe. Light rain alone usually isn't a problem once a unit is anchored.
Flat grass is ideal. We can also set up on driveways, parking lots, or gym floors with sandbags instead of stakes — just let us know when you book.
No deposit is required to request a date. We'll confirm availability and collect payment closer to your event.
We serve most of the Pioneer Valley and surrounding Western Mass towns. Delivery fees may apply outside our core service area — we'll confirm this with your booking request.
