Local SEO

Help nearby customers actually find you.

Local SEO here means specific, ongoing work on your Google Business Profile and your site's basic local signals — not a guarantee, and not a black box. Here's exactly what's included.

Initial setup

What happens first.

  • Claim and verify (or clean up) your Google Business Profile.
  • Check that your business name, address or service area, and phone number match everywhere they appear online.
  • Review the basics on your site: page titles, descriptions, image descriptions, and whether your town and service area are actually mentioned where it matters.
  • Check that the site loads reasonably fast and works well on a phone, since most local searches happen there.

Ongoing monthly work

What happens every month.

  • Post updates to your Google Business Profile — hours, services, photos, seasonal changes.
  • Check for new customer reviews and let you know they're there. We don't write, buy, or solicit fake reviews.
  • Keep your business information accurate as it changes — new hours, new services, a new phone number.
  • A short monthly update: what we did, what's live now, and what's next.

What's included, and what isn't

Clear limits, no surprises.

Included

Small technical fixes and content tweaks that support local search — a missing page title, an outdated address, a broken contact form.

Scoped separately

New pages, a full redesign, or paid ad management aren't part of local-SEO upkeep — we'll quote those on their own if you want them.

Not offered, ever

Guaranteed rankings, fake or incentivized reviews, and bulk directory or link-building schemes. If someone promises you #1 on Google, be skeptical — we won't make that promise.

What we need from you

To do this well, we'll ask for:

  • Access to (or ownership of) your Google Business Profile.
  • A heads-up when your hours, services, service area, or contact details change.
  • Honest input on which nearby towns and services actually matter to your business.

Local SEO is part of an ongoing website care plan — it isn't sold as a separate one-time purchase, and there's no fixed price or fixed timeline for results. Every plan is scoped to your business and quoted up front.
